Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, LOCAL company! Matt and Kayla are a great team. They came out and replaced the old valves in our bathroom and got it all running great again! Everything from the first phone call with great communication, to quick arrival, through service, affordable pricing.. they're a trustworthy family company that is hard to come by these days! We had our hot water heater give out on us last night and they were able to come next day early morning and install a BRAND NEW ONE! Let me just say, I absolutely love supporting local businesses. This experience was both responsive and professional and since most small company’s downfall is lack of responsiveness, I was pleasantly surprised. When we discovered nothing was leaking in the house yet the water pressure just stopped working, I realized it was the pressure reducing valve in the front of the house. It had collapsed causing the water to just trickle out of my fixtures. I’m pretty handy but I know I wanted a professional to make the repair due to the complexity. Matt and Kayla kept in contact until they could arrive same-day (on a Saturday no less) with no dispatch or weekend overtime fees, and quickly went to work. Matt immediately knew what needed to be done, dug everything out (even relocated an huge toad who’d been living in the utility box lol) and professionally put everything together with a name-brand premium part. Price was very fair, and they were straightforward and honest. I love the fact that this duo is building this business together. Highly recommend!!!
